As a technical support agent, your job, together with your team, is to help users with sales, general inquiries, and technical support questions via phone/email/chat / social/social messaging channels.
You must have the ability to customize the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone / email / chat / message channels) and public (social, forums, e-commerce reviews) channels.
You will respond to incoming customer inquiries, technical problems and document relevant case information.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8.00-17-00.
Fluent in the Finnish language in both speech and writing;
Good knowledge of English is required;
Computer skills (basic skills, advanced skills are considered a plus);
Experience in technical troubleshooting (meritorious but not required);
Excellent communication skills: oral, written, listening skills;
Proactive and fast learning ability;
Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal;

Fixed monthly salary + bonus.
14 salaries per year.
